Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with client managers to pinpoint staffing requirements and keep them updated on the progress of applicants.
Guide drivers through the application process with clients and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Plan and coordinate orientation logistics, managing travel, accommodations, and addressing any unforeseen challenges.
Execute administrative tasks and provide support for additional team functions as needed.
Required Skills
Excellent communication capabilities
Strong organizational skills to manage orientations and logistical arrangements
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with client managers
Customer service experience is advantageous, while familiarity with recruiting or logistics is beneficial but not mandatory
Qualifications
No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided
Must be available during regular business hours
Previous experience in customer service, recruiting, or logistics is a plus, though not essential
