We are hiring for a YouTube Creative Strategist. You will work directly with world-class clients and help them achieve their content goals. BUT, we are also looking for a strong generalist to support a fast-growing company. ? Strong creative ideation (YouTube content)
? Lead coaching sessions / feedback & training strategy
? Project management to ensure timely client deliverables
? Constantly finding new ways to innovate
? Learning and personal development - YouTube is always evolving
? Data analysis and optimization of content execution
? Impact performance of YT videos (thumbnail, title, hook, scripting, edit structure, etc)
