Litigation Attorney (Contract and Remote)
Are you a California licensed attorney with at least seven years of civil litigation experience? Would you enjoy doing contract work for a law firm on your own schedule (either part-time or full-time)? Do you like working remotely (anywhere in the United States)? Do you have experience with commercial/business litigation, labor and employment law, personal injury law, premises liability matters, environmental/toxic tort litigation, real estate law, or mass tort litigation? Have you assisted with or handled written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, or trial preparation in civil litigation cases? If so, a contract litigation position may be the perfect fit for you.

• 6+ years of legal experience in litigation
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
• Licensed in California

Position Details Of The Litigation Attorney (Contract And Remote)

• Location: Remote (anywhere in United States but must be California licensed)
Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
