[Remote] Patient Experience, Senior Operations Specialist

The Patient Experience Senior Operations Specialist will lead operational initiatives to enhance patient care delivery, manage documentation governance, and coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLead operational initiatives that support the Patient Experience organization and enhance patient care deliveryManage documentation governance, including SOPs, operational resources, quality reviews, and audit readiness activitiesCoordinate cross-functional projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives to drive operational efficiencySupport optimization of Patient Experience systems and technologies, including workflow enhancements, testing, implementation, and user supportAnalyze operational data and reporting to identify trends, support business decisions, and drive continuous improvementPartner with internal stakeholders to support budgeting, contract administration, escalations, and other operationalSkillsBachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in healthcare, patient support, operations, medical device, or a related environmentStrong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience working with CRM platforms, document management systems, and operational technologiesExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookComfortable with occasional travel (up to 20%)BenefitsThis position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits.We offer a flexible, trust-based hybrid working model for most of our office-based roles.
