**The Director of Customer Engagement Role**

As a Director of Customer Engagement at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, upselling and cross-selling our services, and developing long-term relationships with our clients. You'll be responsible for:

* Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new clients
* Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new sales opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new clients, including developing and executing account plans to drive revenue growth
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and develop effective solutions

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 12+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding existing accounts
* Strong understanding of the IT services industry, including consulting, implementation, integration, analytics, and managed services
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred

* Annual compensation: $170,000 - $225,000 (base salary: $130,000 - $165,000, variable: $40,000 - $60,000)
