We are currently hiring for PRN positions based on your availability and preference. Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Mileage reimbursement Supportive clinical leadership Established referral base What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive in-home PT evaluations and reassessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans per physician orders Provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as applicable What We’re Looking For Active Virginia Physical Therapist license Minimum 1–2 years PT experience (home health preferred) OASIS experience preferred EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase a plus) Strong clinical and documentation skills Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation If you’re a PT who values flexibility and strong clinical support, we’d love to connect.
