Position Description Act as the regional technical authority ensuring partners and enterprise customers can confidently demonstrate, install, operate, and maintain CHCNAV hardware solutions. You’ll support U.S. market growth by addressing inquiries, resolving issues end-to-end, and providing on-site support for key activities—ideal for someone eager to grow with a scaling business. Responsibilities • Lead pre-sales / in-sales / post-sales technical support to achieve regional objectives. • Deliver online and on-site product demos and enablement sessions; contribute to internal best-practice sharing. • Own technical issue resolution: track, analyze, debug, and optimize workflows; create/maintain documentation, guides, and videos to build a reusable knowledge base. • Support regional travel for partner/customer engagements, trade shows, and strategic accounts; provide on-site after-sales maintenance and assist with instrument repairs. Position Details • Employment Type: Full-time • Location: Remote (U.S.) • Travel: This role requires frequent business travel, with all related expenses fully reimbursed. • Compensation: Base salary $60,000–$80,000 annually • Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship (including H-1B or employment-based green card). Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant technical background preferred (e.g., experience across RTK, UAVs/USVs, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, or adjacent electro-mechanical systems). • Hands-on familiarity with RTK positioning and its application in field environments; able to operate equipment, troubleshoot independently, and support distributors online and on-site. • Clear, professional communication; proactive, ownership-driven approach; comfortable in fast-moving, cross-functional settings.
