Talent Acquisition Specialist

ActivTrak is looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist who is ready to own recruiting and help shape the employee experience at a growing company. This is a role for someone who is curious, resourceful, and eager to grow. In this role, you'll build and manage full-cycle recruiting, enhance the processes that make great hiring repeatable, and partner with the People team on onboarding, engagement, and employee experience initiatives. If you're early in your career and energized by the idea of building something meaningful, this role was built for you.Full-Cycle RecruitingManage end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions across the organizationPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and the qualities that make someone successful in the roleDevelop compelling job descriptions, posting strategies and targeted sourcing campaigns across multiple channelsScreen, interview, and assess candidates Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles (not just reactive hiring)Partner with hiring manager to extend offers and support successful onboarding transitionsMaintain accurate pipeline reporting and recruiting metricsTalent Acquisition Process & EnablementOptimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting technology stackLeverage and learn AI tools and emerging recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting efficiencyBuild and continuously improve recruiting process documentation and workflows using data and feedbackDevelop innovative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates in competitive marketsPartner with hiring managers to develop interview guides, scorecards, and training materials to improve decision quality and speedOnboarding and HR Support Own the new hire experience from offer through the first 90 days, coordinating with IT, Finance, and hiring managersContinuously improve onboarding content and processes based on new hire feedbackPartner with the People team on company initiatives, employer branding and programs that enhance the employee experience.Requirements2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or technology companyProven ability to recruit for diverse roles including technical, sales, marketing, and operations positionsExperience with applicant tracking systems and a curiosity for how AI and emerging tools can improve the hiring processExperience supporting or building hiring manager enablement programsStrong and creative sourcing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all organizational levels and externallyComfortable working in a high-growth environment where priorities shift and processes are still being builtData-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruiting metricsBenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefitsPosition is remote within USMinimal travelLimited physical demandsThis is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact at a dynamic, VC-backed SaaS company.
