Escrow Assistant - Remote
About the position
Responsibilities
• Assist in the escrow process, including opening orders and preparing documents for closing.
• Input closing statement information and handle complete disbursement and follow-up.
• Communicate regularly with customers throughout the escrow process flow.
• Interpret various agreements related to escrow closings.
• Utilize various technologies to enable escrow transactions and assist customers.
Requirements
• Passion for helping customers with a professional and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve and a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learn.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite and adaptability to new software applications and technologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred.
• California Escrow and FAST experience required.
