Finance Transformation Specialist
Job Description:
• Lead the documentation, redesign, and optimization of critical Finance and Accounting processes.
• Own end‑to‑end process mapping and improvement initiatives.
• Analyze current financial processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.
• Develop detailed current‑state and future‑state process maps and flowcharts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather insights and validate processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the impact of improvements.
• Develop and deliver training programs, onboarding materials, and SOPs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or process improvement.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI.
• Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
• Preferred: Experience in finance transformation or continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement frameworks.
• Experience developing and delivering training.
• Experience with ERP or financial technology implementations.
