Wellness Coordinator

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking an energetic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Wellness Coordinator. We’re looking for someone with a passion for health and wellness who can help our employees make healthy lifestyle choices. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established organization and make a real difference in our employees’ wellbeing.The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of health and wellness topics and the ability to connect with all levels of employees. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can create and deliver engaging health and wellness presentations. Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and evaluate health and wellness programs tailored to the needs of employees.

Deliver engaging presentations to employees on topics related to health and wellness.

Create and maintain an online resource center of health and wellness information.

Track and report the impact of health and wellness initiatives on employees.

Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to further the organization’s health and wellness efforts.

Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement in health and wellness initiatives.

Provide advice and guidance to employees on health and wellness topics.

Monitor industry trends and best practices in health and wellness to ensure the organization is up-to-date.

Manage and coordinate health and wellness initiatives with the company’s other departments.

Maintain accurate records of program activities and budget expenditures.
