Content Operations Manager (US) - CapCut

Responsibilities • Lead user operations and channel expansion for CapCut in the U.S. market, driving growth, retention, and monetization of high-value users. Plan and execute subscription campaigns, design user segmentation strategies, and analyze performance to improve rentation and revenue. Expand external channels by recruiting and converting professionals such as designers, marketers, and build scalable partnerships for sustainable growth. • Recruit and manage creators in line with business goals. Build and engage creator communities to drive participation, foster high-quality content. • Collaborate closely with product, content, and monetization teams to achieve user growth and revenue goals. Support the planning and execution of localized marketing initiatives and growth strategies. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in user operations, growth, or commercialization. Proficiency in English and deep understanding of U.S. Market dynamics and user behavior are required. • Strong familiarity with U.S. social media platforms and the creator ecosystem, with solid understanding of video editing, design, or related fields. Hands-on experience in user acquisition and community operations is preferred. • Background in e-commerce, marketing, or creator tool products is a plus. Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach, capable of executing initiatives and delivering measurable growth outcomes. • Clear strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and proven cross-functional collaboration and project management capabilities.
