Associate Director IT, Tech Business Analysis (Remote - US)

This role is designed for a dynamic leader who will guide a team of technical business analysts to deliver innovative IT solutions that meet business objectives. You will define and execute product strategy, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. The position requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies, product management, and stakeholder engagement. You will oversee departmental goals, mentor your team, and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency while creating value for internal and external clients. This is a remote role with significant impact on product development and business success. Accountabilities · Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10–15 technical business analysts, providing guidance and performance management. · Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. · Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and Agile adoption within the team and across the organization. · Monitor key performance indicators, track progress, and adjust strategies to ensure goals are achieved. · Collaborate with senior leadership to set departmental goals and align initiatives with organizational priorities. · Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices for operational efficiency. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. · Create resources such as interview and training playbooks to support talent acquisition and onboarding. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 5–8 years in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical device); Master’s degree preferred. · 5–8 years of experience in product management or business analysis, with a record of successfully bringing products to market. · Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills with experience managing high-performing teams. · Expertise in defining and executing product strategy. · Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. · Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. · Proficiency in Agile methodologies; experience coaching teams and individuals in Agile practices. · Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
