This is a full-time, remote position that involves coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Making outbound calls to Provider offices and answering inbound calls
Investigating, conducting research, and analyzing Customer data for outreach
Working day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
Providing problem resolution through effective communications (via phone and email)
Working on projects of limited scope and complexity; generally follows set procedures
Working under supervision and receiving instructions
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with effective listening and critical thinking skills
