QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Create visually appealing and cohesive designs that drive strong customer engagement and conversion, bringing a strong point of view on how AI can continually enhance the customer digital experienceUtilize design software (Figma, Adobe Suite) to produce design elements, illustrations, animations, and high-fidelity mockups that innovate, while aligning to strong brand voice and styleStructure digital layouts in a way that enhances user navigation and overall customer experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teamsMaintain a strong understanding of the latest design trends and best practicesQualifications:5+ years of experience in user experience designExperience using AI to enhance the customer digital experienceA strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatilityProficiency in Figma (required); Adobe Suite (preferred) and working within an agile environmentExcellent eye for detail and a commitment to quality design principlesStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a teamAdditional InformationWe Are Rosie provides strategic consulting and talent solutions for the marketing industry.
