Senior Consultant, New England
The Consultant/Senior Consultant provides direct service to a variety of nonprofit clients with critical missions primarily serving the Higher Education, Healthcare, Independent School, and Social & Global Impact Sectors. This position provides strategic advice and hands-on implementation in order to partner with clients to accomplish stated goals and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities and Duties:

ā¢ Facilitate key relationships with clients and Graham-Pelton colleagues
ā¢ Facilitate key relationships with colleagues assigned to the project
ā¢ Demonstrate proficiency in the firm's technological tools
ā¢ Prepare, develop and deliver materials for client engagement
ā¢ Provide on-site and off-site service to assigned clients
ā¢ Facilitate and lead regular team and client conference calls, meetings and coordinate team's work
ā¢ Attend and participate in key meetings with clients and prospective clients
ā¢ Organize and drive work of internal project teams, ensuring progress toward project milestones and completion
ā¢ Work with project teams to ensure client-related communication is meeting the firm's objectives
ā¢ Provide strategic counsel to advance the service engagement
ā¢ Provide critical support of sales activities
ā¢ Spot opportunities for continued service / new engagements, leveraging personal and client referrals
Required Skills:
ā¢ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
ā¢ Exercises emotional intelligence, sound strategic judgment and a certain amount of "grit" to manage client objectives and deliverables
ā¢ Initiative and Ingenuity: leverage resources to solve problems ability to manage multiple competing priorities and employ critical thinking skills

Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in relevant field
ā¢ Minimum of 5 years of previous nonprofit fundraising or development experience in one of Graham-Pelton's primary sectors of Healthcare, Higher Education, Independent Schools, or Social & Global Impact
ā¢ Willingness to travel (driver's license required)
ā¢ Remote position located in New England
