The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing revenue retention and new business growth within a portfolio of regional banks and credit unions, driving revenue growth and establishing strong client relationships.ResponsibilitiesManage, grow and retain a $20-50M+ revenue portfolioDevelop and implement a Regional Accounts sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targetsAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities and potential risksOwn monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives and goals, creating actionable plans and initiatives to drive achievementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges, and tailor solutions to address them effectivelyDevelop and manage sales forecasts, drive sales pipeline growth, and contribute actively to sales campaignsNegotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and partnerships that align with organizational goalsDrive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and maximizing profitabilityFollow all sales processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies and proceduresCollaborate with other departments such as customer experience, legal, marketing, product development, and operations to align strategies and achieve integrated solutionsFoster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive organizational successAct as the client ambassador and escalation point for your Regional Account clientsActive travel (up to 50%) is expected with the territory to build relationships and uncover new opportunitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldProven track record of successful solution-based selling and revenue growth into mid-market accounts, preferably in the financial services industry5+ years of sales experience, financial institutions background and sales experience preferredExperience using SFDC, Dashboards (Power BI, etc.) to manage pipelines, etcStrong understanding of financial institution market dynamics, trends, and challengesExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsKnows how to influence outcomes and navigate mid-market accounts to quickly reach decision makers and identify budgets, priorities and compelling events within a clientCompany OverviewThe Brink’s Company (NYSE:BCO) is a leading global provider of cash and valuables management, digital retail solutions (DRS), and ATM managed services (AMS).
