A contractual opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher with expertise in telehealth services. This role is designed to support students with diverse learning needs through remote instructional methods within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Deliver specialized instructional support and intervention to students with disabilities using telehealth platforms
β’ Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each students unique needs
β’ Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, counselors, and families to monitor student progress
β’ Utilize assistive technology and virtual learning tools to facilitate student engagement and skill development
β’ Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with educational regulations and telehealth standards
Required Qualifications and Experience:
β’ Valid state certification or licensure in Special Education
β’ Proven experience delivering special education services, with a strong preference for telehealth or remote instruction
β’ Familiarity with educational technology and virtual communication platforms
β’ Ability to adapt instructional strategies to virtual environments
β’ Strong organizational and communication skills, particularly for remote collaboration
β’ Commitment to supporting diverse learners and promoting inclusive education
