They are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive responsible for driving new business growth and building executive-level relationships with insurers looking to modernize and innovate.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closeDevelop and execute a territory/account plan focused on top-tier insurers and carriersBuild and maintain C-level relationships across business (Claims, Underwriting, Operations) and technology (CIO, CTO, CDO) functionsCollaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product to tailor AI-driven demos and proofs-of-conceptNavigate complex procurement processes in insurance enterprises, including RFPs and multi-stakeholder evaluationsAchieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales quotasContribute customer insights to influence Liberate’s product roadmapRepresent Liberate at key industry events, conferences, and roundtablesSkills10+ years of experience selling enterprise software into insurers and large carriersEnterprise software sales experience with a strong track record of closing $1M+ ARR dealsProven success selling to insurance carriers, MGAs, or large brokeragesDeep understanding of insurance technology ecosystems (policy admin, claims, billing, digital engagement)Strong network of relationships in the P&C insurance marketExtreme sense of ownership, urgency, and customer obsession, thriving in a Series-A startup environmentExcellent storytelling, executive presence, and negotiation skillsAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer successExperience selling AI/ML, automation, or cloud-based platformsBackground at high-growth startupsFamiliarity with insurtech disruptors and incumbent vendors (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco)BenefitsPerformance-based commissionsEquity optionsFlexible PTO401(k) planComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible work environment with remote work optionsCollaborative and innovative company cultureCompany OverviewComprehensive AI Platform for Carriers, Agencies and Brokers Liberate enables you to provide human-like conversation that offers 24/7 support and answers 100% of calls with no wait time.
