About the Role We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Specialist to provide exceptional customer support and assistance to our subscribers. As a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to ensure a seamless viewing experience. You will be the face of Blithequark, representing our brand and values. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve issues efficiently. Document customer interactions and update customer information in our database. Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support and content teams, to resolve customer issues. Stay up-to-date with Blithequark's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as first-call resolution and customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a call center or customer support environment.
