PURE HomeRiver is looking for a Corporate Development Associate who supports tenants and owners with a service-minded approach and a commitment to excellence. The role involves handling tenant communication, coordinating move-ins, tracking maintenance requests, and preparing leases accurately, all while ensuring a positive tenant experience defined by trust and respect.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Utilize various channels, including email, phone, and online video meetings, to conduct prospecting activities and generate qualified leads
ā¢ Craft compelling and personalized email communications to engage potential clients and establish initial connections
ā¢ Make proactive phone calls to prospects, showcasing your ability to effectively communicate our value proposition and nurture relationships
ā¢ Conduct online video meetings to connect with prospects, understand their needs, and present our solutions in a compelling manner
ā¢ Consistently engage in proactive outreach efforts to expand our network and identify new business opportunities
ā¢ Collaborate with Corporate Development Team cross-functional teams, including sales management and marketing, to ensure the quality and quantity of discovery opportunities
ā¢ Assist in scheduling discovery calls and appointments for Corporate Development Executives
ā¢ Conduct qualification and information discovery calls with specific prospects as assigned
ā¢ Effectively communicate and present our core value proposition, company values, and our vision, mission, and positioning
Skills
ā¢ Strong communication skills
ā¢ The ability to collaborate effectively with peers and learn from their expertise
ā¢ Technical aptitude to quickly master our corporate development software tool and a natural curiosity to stay updated on industry trends and developments
ā¢ Residential property management experience
