Advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience in compliance and enterprise risk management within the blockchain and/or fintech sectors. Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams. In-depth knowledge of global financial compliance regulations (AML, KYC, CTF, GDPR) and best practices. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
