- Plan and book all aspects of the trip including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities

- Research and provide clients with information about destinations, attractions, and visa requirements

- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the best deals for our clients

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the travel landscape

- Create detailed itineraries and travel documents for clients

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire process

- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the trip and provide prompt solutions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Proficient in using booking systems and Microsoft Office

- Detail-oriented and able to handle and organize large amounts of information

- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and client needs

- High school diploma or equivalent;
