Location: Decatur, GA
Responsibilities include:
ā¢ Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments via telepractice.
ā¢ Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
ā¢ Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly.
ā¢ Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with educational guidelines.
ā¢ Utilizing virtual platforms to deliver engaging and effective speech therapy sessions.
Qualifications and experience:
ā¢ Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
ā¢ Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
ā¢ Proven experience in telespeech or telepractice within a school environment.
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual engagement with students and families.
ā¢ Familiarity with educational standards and individualized education program (IEP) processes.
ā¢ Ability to manage caseload effectively in a remote setting.
