About the position

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• Proactively search for potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other resources.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and keep them informed of their status.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is up-to-date.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Assist in the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies to enhance the employer brand.
• Participate in recruitment-related meetings and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to management.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, with availability to accommodate the needs of the business.
• Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
