As a Night Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including operating automated warehouse equipment, managing inventory, and collaborating with team members to achieve productivity and quality goals. Key Responsibilities Utilize the warehouse management system to perform daily tasks, including order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns Assist team members in various areas, including pulling emergency orders and palletizing orders for loading Work independently with considerable judgment, analysis, and decision-making to complete tasks Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and perform tasks as listed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Handle material within associated logical transactions, and be responsible for unexpected daily workloads Participate in inventory procedures, maintain a clean work area, and comply with safety rules and OSHA regulations Work overtime when necessary, participate in physical inventory, and provide feedback to Leads and Management Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience The ability to read and understand the English language, with basic mathematical skills for inventory counting purposes Proficiency in operating battery-powered equipment, including Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, Stand-Up Forklifts, and Pallet Jacks The ability to bend over and lift 50-60 pounds unassisted Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to use good judgment Basic computer and RF Device knowledge Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in an automated warehouse environment Knowledge of warehouse management systems and automated equipment Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations What We Offer We're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary.
