Γ Γ As a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat and tele chat channels. You will act as a brand ambassador for NMP and our clients, building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our live chat and tele chat channels.

ΓΒ Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and monitor customer satisfaction.

ΓΒ Continuously improve and maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
ΓΒ Stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends to provide the best possible support to our customers.
Qualifications:
ΓΒ A minimum of 2 yearsΓΒ experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or tele chat environment.
ΓΒ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
ΓΒ Proficiency in using live chat software and tele chat systems.
ΓΒ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
ΓΒ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
ΓΒ Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction rates.
ΓΒ Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus.
