Key Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will:


Own and manage a portfolio of growth-tier customer accounts, driving retention and identifying upsell opportunities to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they achieve key business outcomes using the platform and providing exceptional support to drive adoption and product best practices.
Develop and implement customer success plans that align with customer goals and objectives, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, support, and sales, to communicate customer needs, resolve issues, and drive product innovation.
Champion the voice of the customer internally to shape future product direction and ensure that customer needs are at the forefront of careerzynith's product roadmap.
Support the development of scalable customer engagement strategies and knowledge-sharing resources to drive customer adoption and retention.


Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:


2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS or a related industry.
Proven ability to manage renewals and meet or exceed commercial goals, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes, driving collaboration and alignment across departments.
A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, embracing change and driving innovation to meet customer needs.


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:


Experience with customer success platforms and tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar software.
Knowledge of SaaS business models and customer acquisition strategies, with a strong understanding of the Talent Matching Platform market.
Experience working with data and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar software, to drive customer insights and business decisions.
Fluency in a second language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders in multiple languages.
