[Remote] Corporate - Regional Director of Sales and Marketing

They are seeking a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing who will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive census and revenue growth within a designated region.ResponsibilitiesGenerates and maintains sourcing leads in a designated RegionOrganizes strategic marketing events on site to promote the Community and Transforming AgeDelivers other creative tactics to convert leads to move-insTrains new team members as they gain experience to support the sales effortReinforces the community’s brand reputation and achieve maximum occupancy goalsCreates and maintains networks to market the community internally and externally and increase its exposure to potential residentsEffectively markets the community to seniors and their families and initiates the follow through necessary to ensure community census goals are metDelivers a first impression aligned with our Culture of Excellence and serves as a resource and point of contact for those interested in senior livingPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experienceProven track record in closing sales, and leadsTwo or more years in the senior sales and marketing environmentPrevious sales experience and successful track record in identifying and building local relationships to drive businessExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and customer service skillsSchedule flexibility to work one weekend day per week as needed (usually a Tuesday-Saturday schedule) as well as some evenings as necessaryProficiency in MS Office Suite and other tools (e.g. CRM)First aid certification required in some state/local jurisdictionsCompletion of a background check.
