Title: Physical Therapy Assistant
Job Type: Permanent/Direct Hire
Setting: Home Health
Location: Great Bend, KS
Schedule: 1 day a week, 6 hours Ā May have other shifts if full time or part time call out.
Pay: $26 - $27.50/hr, earn more with more experience
The responsibility of the Physical Therapy Assistant includes
Ā Evaluates patients in clinical area served.
Ā Develops and implements treatment plans using appropriate problem-solving skills, and clinical reasoning.
Ā Demonstrates good rapport with patients and professionalism with other professionals, patients, and visitors.
Ā Documentation is clear and concise, and in compliance with departmental, KPTA and APTA guidelines, and regulatory requirements from third party payers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ā Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - State Board of Healing Arts
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
