Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at United Airlines, you'll be the face of the company, interacting with customers at gates and doors, assisting with check-in, baggage handling, and resolving customer travel issues. Your goal is to provide friendly, professional, and courteous service that makes every customer's experience memorable. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and coordinate incoming calls, greet, and advise customers, label, and handle baggage
Prepare tickets, determine admissions, and routing to ensure traveler's movement needs are met
Interact with customers in a kind and helpful manner to create meaningful experiences and build customer loyalty and engagement
Anticipate and meet customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of accountability when issues arise
Work with a security mindset by ensuring that you hold yourself and others to the highest standards
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Portuguese
Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift, lift, and handle baggage
Ability to travel to different countries for training purposes
Capacity to work any shift assigned within a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
Ability to meet the Company's membership guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
Previous airline, travel, or hospitality work experience
Bachelor's degree (four-year certification)
