We are seeking an exceptional Head of Operations and Client Delivery to lead our operational business units and drive excellence in client delivery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our company, develop and implement cross-functional strategies, and optimize our operating capabilities to maximize customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality content.

Intervene K-12 is a fast-growth education company dedicated to providing assessments, analytics, and online instruction to students struggling in math, reading, science, and English Language. Our programs have served over 30,000 students, with a significant impact on economically disadvantaged students.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement actionable business strategies, tactics, and execute plans to ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Oversee operational business units, including Partner Success & Client Support, Content Delivery, and Online Instruction
Drive process improvements, operational excellence, quality, and delivery focus
Lead cross-functional and stakeholder management, including integration management, customer & client support, and content delivery team
Analyze internal operations, identify areas of process enhancement, and monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed
Prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting, and lead internal KPIs reporting & external data reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
6+ years of experience in Management of Strategic Operations, with experience in Process Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
Strong leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
Problem-solver mindset, with ability to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
Passion for education, with education sector experience a plus
