They are seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Habitability Department, where the role involves managing a full caseload of habitability matters and collaborating with senior partners to develop case strategies. Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of habitability matters from intake through resolution Conduct client interviews, investigations, discovery, depositions, negotiations, motion practice, and trial preparation Appear for court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel Collaborate with senior partners, support staff, and experts to develop winning case strategies Maintain strong client communication and provide compassionate, client-centered representation Skills Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar Minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience required (personal injury, employment, landlord-tenant, or related fields) Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically Ability to learn quickly and be independent A team player attitude, no job too big or too small Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team Habitability law experience strongly preferred, but not required Familiarity with Slack, Filevine, Dropbox, and other legal tools preferred Benefits Monthly performance bonuses Healthcare insurance stipend Clear path for professional growth and partnership potential.
