About the Role As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our Customer Experience team, handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from patients and customers. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will help us create positive experiences and deliver comprehensive solutions to their healthcare-related concerns. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from patients and customers, providing empathetic and personalized support. Respond to a wide range of inquiries, including insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges. Navigate multiple systems and databases to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions. What We Look For We're looking for individuals with a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a determination to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or college degree. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy. High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment. Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule (24/7/365). Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class. Preferred Qualifications: Customer service experience in a healthcare or related field.
