[Remote] Technical Implementation Project Manager

Robert Half is partnering with a growing, product-focused software company to hire a Technical Implementation Project Manager to lead client onboarding and drive successful SaaS deployments. This role is highly client-facing, where the manager will own multiple implementations simultaneously, ensuring a seamless and successful rollout for clients.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SaaS implementations for new clientsManage multiple client projects simultaneously with clear timelines and deliverablesConduct frequent live client sessions (Zoom/Teams) to drive progress and alignmentTranslate business requirements into technical configurationsPartner with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Support) to resolve issuesTrack risks, dependencies, and project milestonesDeliver a high-touch, “white glove” client experienceDrive adoption and ensure a smooth transition to post-implementation supportSkills5+ years of experience in Implementation, Project Management, or Client SuccessExperience implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutionsStrong client-facing communication skills with comfort leading frequent video callsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentSolid understanding of technical concepts (APIs, integrations, data workflows is a plus)Highly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working fully remote and independentlyExperience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)Background in software, data, or platform implementationsCertifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.)BenefitsFull medical, dental & visionFully remote with a flexible work environmentCompany OverviewRobert Half provides staffing, recruiting, finance, and accounting services.
