**About the Role**

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, report compilation, and office clerical duties. With a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills, you'll ensure seamless communication with various departments and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring timely and precise data processing.
• **Report Compilation**: Assemble and reconcile reports, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
• **Office Clerical Duties**: Perform a range of tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative duties as assigned.
• **Communication**: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• **Other Duties**: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Essential Qualifications**

• **Organizational Skills**: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of productivity.
• **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report compilation.
• **Data Entry Experience**: At least 1 year of data entry experience in operations or a similar service environment, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
• **Office Clerk Experience**: 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
• **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various departments and stakeholders.
• **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• **Microsoft Excel Experience**: 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• **Recycling Experience**: Experience in recycling or sustainability initiatives, although not necessary.

**Physical Demands**

• **Office Environment**: Ability to work in an office environment, with regular use of a computer and related devices.
• **Physical Activity**: Ability to perform tasks that require standing, sitting, bending, stooping, or lifting, for extended periods.
• **Visual Requirements**: Ability to read and interpret documents, and use a computer screen for extended periods.
