Provide exceptional customer service to elite customers of Delta Air Lines at LAX.
Represent the Delta brand and uphold its standards of excellence.
Prioritize the needs and requests of elite customers, ensuring they have a seamless travel experience.
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all tasks and interactions.
Maintain knowledge of Delta's policies, procedures, and services in order to effectively assist customers.
