Job Overview
We are seeking 20 highly skilled and experienced remote healthcare customer service representatives to join our team. As a remote representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service that extends courtesy and professionalism to every interaction. Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from members and providers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and readily available
Provide exceptional customer service, extending courtesy and professionalism to every interaction
Take 75+ calls per day, managing a high volume of interactions with ease and poise
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all customers receive the support and care they need


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with healthcare call center experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on courtesy, professionalism, and empathy
Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free, allowing you to work remotely with ease and efficiency
Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a healthcare call center or related field
Knowledge of healthcare terminology and concepts
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
