Business Development Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to engage with prospective customers, qualify leads, and generate pipeline to drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesEngage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, website forms, and product inquiriesExecute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach to targeted accounts and personasConduct discovery and qualification conversations to assess fit, urgency, and buying readinessGenerate net-new pipeline by identifying opportunities within assigned territories or verticalsRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive or product teamMaintain accurate and timely CRM hygiene in SalesforceMeet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings, pipeline contribution, and activity metricsCollaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign quality, messaging, and lead performancePartner with Sales to align on account strategies, follow-up plans, and opportunity handoffStay informed on public sector trends and Euna product updates to confidently position valueParticipate in ongoing skills development, coaching, and team trainingSkillsRelevant education or experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)Understanding of the SaaS industry or technology-enabled solutionsDemonstrated persistence and comfort with proactive outreach and follow-upStrong mindset that any 'no' brings you closer to a 'yes'Proven ability to meet or exceed goals and performance objectivesNaturally inquisitive with a strong appreciation for effective qualificationConfident, professional, and engaging communicatorGenuine relationship-builder who enjoys helping others solve business problemsDrive for continuous improvement, with examples of improving processes or outcomesComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environmentExperience using a CRM, ideally Salesforce, is a plusBenefitsCompetitive wagesWellness daysCommunity Engagement CommitteeFlexible work dayBenefitsCulture committeeCompany OverviewEuna Solutions® is a leading provider of purpose-built, cloud-based software that helps public sector and government organizations streamline procurement, budgeting, payments, grants management, and special education administration.
