As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data entry specialists in supporting sales representatives and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing. You'll work closely with our sales, finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of media campaigns that drive revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a team of data entry specialists in supporting sales representatives and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing * Develop and execute effective media plans that drive revenue growth * Allocate team responsibilities while contributing to and aiding the effort of management * Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including stock valuation, media plan creation, order entry, dealing, streamlining, reporting, and invoicing * Ensure the Record Administrator is fully prepared on campaign execution and able to address all related questions * Serve as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests regarding stock, promotion items, or campaigns * Assist Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking * Investigate and resolve promotion delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Promotion Stages support * Test potential promotion tech vendor integrations and provide input on contract discussions * Ideate, execute, audit, and advance operational cycles that drive quality and efficiency * Analyze usage and execution of digital stock to develop systems and products that boost revenue yield * Develop, tutor, and foster ability, including training future recruits * Create and update internal documentation to explain processes and best practices * Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a local center of excellence for different offices across EMEA * Stay up-to-date with TWDC's promotion tech stack and system, and follow industry developments **Experience We Expect From You** * Graduate level or equivalent experience * 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in promotion tech * Group management's insight * Master in defining and advancing cycles * Profoundly able in determining, arranging, dealing, and overseeing promotion lobbies for show and video across sites, applications, social stages, and associated television conditions * Shown capacity in enacting efforts, creating precise and applicable experiences, and enhancing execution * Solid comprehension of automatic promoting, advances that power it, and key sellers in the space * Acquainted with general information security and protection prerequisites connected with advanced publicizing * Ready to address the organization in outside gatherings and occasions * Media or diversion brand experience is helpful, as is knowledge of the cycles and strategies of a global partnership * Essential ability together and promote the executive's frameworks (eg: Google Promotion Chief), promotion server frameworks (eg: DV360), and the administrations of Inventive Labels and Following to help and lead the relegated group. * Information on Immense actuation for computerized crusades and related necessities **Skills We Expect From You** * Exceptionally energetic and driven issue solver * Extraordinary tender loving care, hierarchical abilities, and capacity to at the same time actually focus on and balance various tasks * Scientific;
