[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager will serve as the lead contact for assigned clients, supporting their daily projects, providing analytics, and ensuring successful implementation of Claritas' offerings.ResponsibilitiesRenew existing solution and upsell existing contracts within current book of businessAssist Account Team with strategic account plan for each client/accountBuild new and maintain existing client relationshipsResponsible for Salesforce Administration and daily Salesforce UpdatesMaintain forecast pipeline for accurate revenue forecasting and calls; complete CPQsManage and service clients in alignment with account plan prepared by Account TeamSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably with major media partner or attribution providerUnderstanding of Marketing, CRM, Direct Marketing, Data Analytics, Advertising, or related field experienceDigital Marketing concepts and firm understanding of digital ecosystemExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent collaborative and influencing skillsDesire to work in a team environmentExcellent organizational skills with high degree of attention to detailExcellent ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesWorking knowledge of how digital attribution works in the audio or CTV spaceExperience with Sales and Marketing automation tools and environments such as SalesforceCompany OverviewClaritas provides an all-in-one audience segmentation solution suite that enables marketers to pinpointing their ideal market.
