We believe that everyone should feel confident when purchasing our products no matter your hair type, style or budget.​​ About the Role KITSCH is currently looking for a creative, TikTok-savvy content Creator & Live Host to join our team! This role is all about being the face of Kitsch on TikTok—Hosting Live Shows, creating scroll-stopping content, and driving brand visibility through innovative and engaging social storytelling. For this, you’ll work closely with our Social Media Team to build out a consistent presence on TikTok, from planning weekly live shows with promotions to filming creative content that aligns with brand goals. If you're passionate about beauty, immersed in TikTok culture, and thrive on camera, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What will be your responsibilities? • Host TikTok Lives multiple times a week, engaging with the community and showcasing Kitsch products in a fun, brand-aligned way. • Plan and strategize TikTok Live Shows weekly, incorporating brand promotions and product launches. • Create consistent, high-performing content for TikTok and Instagram, supporting both organic social and paid marketing needs. • Pitch, concept, and film original content ideas that align with brand voice and resonate with the Kitsch audience. • Stay ahead of Social Trends, especially on TikTok—both in terms of content and live shopping formats—to ensure Kitsch is always part of the cultural conversation. • Collaborate with the Social Media Team to review content performance and adapt strategies accordingly. • Be a Self-Starter with the ability to produce and edit your own content independently. What are we looking for in you? • Education: College Degree (Preferred) • Experience: 1+ year of experience in Social Media Content Creation • Required Skills • Passion for Beauty, particularly green or clean beauty products. • Comfortable and engaging on camera for live audience interactions. • Proficiency in filming, editing, and producing content independently. • Solid understanding of successful content strategies for TikTok and Instagram. • Familiarity with Live Shopping Formats. • Soft Skills • Proactive approach • Creative thinking abilities • Strong organizational skills • Attention to detail About the Offer • Remote Job • Type of Contract: Part-Time, Hourly • Location: US (LA Preferred) • Compensation: $20-25 per hour (dependent on your experience) • A dynamic team • An open mind for new ideas • Growth… growth and some more growth!
