As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. **Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat * Resolve complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Exceed customer satisfaction expectations through proactive communication and issue resolution * Work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support * Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues * Accurately document and record customer/client information * Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Requirements** * 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting * Proficient in computer software navigation and dual screens * Ability to handle complex calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information * Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software * Bi-lingual in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien (preferred) **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a call center environment * Experience with healthcare or pharmacy software and systems * Strong knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy industry regulations and policies * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Work Environment** * 100% remote work environment * Flexible work schedule with varying shifts (see below) * Equipment provided by arenaflex * Quiet workspace free from distractions and a table and chair * High-speed internet access via a hardwired modem connection * California residency required **Shifts** * 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Tuesday - Saturday) * 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Sunday - Thursday) * 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Saturday - Wednesday) * 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (Friday - Tuesday) **Training** * 2-3 weeks of training required * Required to be on camera during training/team meetings, etc. * Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Pacific **Attendance Policy** * No time off in the first 90 days of assignment **Benefits** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + 401(k) + Dental insurance + Health insurance + Vision insurance + Work from home **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
