[Remote] Greenhouse Implementation Project Manager

Castelion is seeking an experienced Greenhouse Implementation Project Manager to lead the migration, configuration, and rollout of Greenhouse as their Applicant Tracking System. The role involves managing the project from kickoff through launch while partnering closely with various stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary project manager for Castelion's Greenhouse implementationPartner with Greenhouse implementation consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure a successful deploymentLead project planning, timeline management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigationConfigure recruiting workflows, interview plans, scorecards, approvals, permissions, and reporting structuresManage data migration activities and ensure data integrity throughout the implementation processIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and leverage Greenhouse best practicesCoordinate integrations with third-party recruiting and HR systemsDevelop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions for recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewersDrive adoption and ensure stakeholders are prepared for launchSupport post-launch stabilization and optimization effortsSkillsPrior experience leading at least one full Greenhouse implementationStrong understanding of recruiting operations and talent acquisition processesExperience with ATS migrations, system configuration, and implementation project managementExceptional organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability across teamsExperience working with high-growth startups or scaling organizations preferredFamiliarity with reporting, recruiting analytics, and recruiting process designGreenhouse implementation certification or equivalent hands-on experienceExperience supporting engineering-heavy or high-growth organizationsExperience integrating Greenhouse with HRIS, scheduling, sourcing, assessment, and onboarding platformsStrong change management and training experienceBenefitsContract PositionEstimated Duration: 8–12 weeksFlexible hours based on project needsRemote-friendlyCompany OverviewCastelion is a defense tech company that applies modern hardware development and manufacturing processes to national security challenges.
