Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Technician to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Technician, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence. Key Responsibilities
Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests
Check work process reports to ensure required data is available
Request any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
Output, print, and list reports
Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
Keep up-to-date departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases
Monitor supply stock or arrange supplies as needed
Assist other staff members in related tasks on a case-by-case basis
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
No prior work experience is required, but relevant skills and training are an asset
Standard office equipment and software
Essential Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
