With a diverse range of products and services, we're always looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **The Role** As a Full Stack Software Engineer on our Part-time Customer Support team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and architecting products, systems, and data frameworks that drive customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and performant applications that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise will be essential in driving innovation, adaptability, and growth across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a technical lead for teams within the Revelation contract, ensuring the quality of engineering and design of frameworks * Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, architects, and designers to improve calculations and recommendation systems * Analyze and improve data quality and metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement * Develop technical guides, shape future directions, and coordinate technical advancements * Break down complex issues into simple, straightforward solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness * Apply technical influence over 50+ colleagues, sharing your knowledge and experience to enhance their skills and productivity * Coach junior designers on cutting-edge technical matters for professional development **Essential Qualifications** * At least 4+ years of experience building large-scale mobile frameworks * Strong foundation with hands-on experience as a Senior Software Engineer * Solid knowledge of distributed systems, datastores (SQL, NoSQL), and the ability to choose the right technology based on requirements * Strong understanding of data designs, calculations, and planning for execution * Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to give technical guidance across backend, frontend, and ML technologies * Ability to thrive in a highly creative and fast-paced environment, achieving stretch goals * Strong business judgment, demonstrated ability to influence others, and sound analytical reasoning skills **Preferred Qualifications and Experience** * Tech/B.E/Bosses or a similar degree from a reputable university * At least 13 years of professional experience as a backend/full stack engineer with hands-on experience on building highly scalable and performant distributed systems * Any experience with ML, data science, or search in B2C (e-commerce, OTT) is a plus **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $25-$30/Hour * Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional growth and development opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply now!
