**Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Digital Database Management and Customer Support**

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Overview** As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in our digital databases. Your duties will include: * Creating spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders * Transferring data from hard copy to a digital database * Updating customer information in a database * Organizing existing data in a spreadsheet * Verifying outdated data and making any necessary changes to records * Operating common office equipment, such as scanners and printers * Performing regular database backups to secure data * Inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents * Sorting and organizing hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically * Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors * Assisting with special projects that require large amounts of data entry * Providing data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis * Staying current with departmental policies and practices to support business needs **Responsibilities** * Create and manage digital databases to track customer information and orders * Ensure data accuracy and integrity by verifying and updating records * Develop and maintain spreadsheets to organize and analyze data * Operate office equipment, such as scanners and printers, to support data entry tasks * Perform regular database backups to secure data and prevent loss * Input data from source documents, including text-based and numerical information * Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically * Review data for deficiencies or errors and make necessary corrections * Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry * Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis * Stay current with departmental policies and practices to support business needs **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year's prior experience in customer service and/or data entry * Proficiency in Microsoft Windows XP, Excel, Word, and Outlook * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written * Personal time management and organization skills * Ability to use databases and search for information within them * Ability to input data accurately and quickly * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations * Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines * High-speed reliable internet connection required for remote work **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with data entry software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Experience working with customers and providing exceptional customer service **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $35.00/hour * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs * Opportunity to work from home with a high-speed reliable internet connection * Comprehensive training and support to ensure your success * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a leading provider of innovative solutions for businesses and individuals alike.
