Experienced Remote Data Entry Representative – Customer Order Processing and Oracle System Management

**Job Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
* Striving to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
* Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
* Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications
* Contacting customers to resolve unclear issues
* Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle
* Screening all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures
* Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
* Customer interaction experience is preferred
* Computer experience, including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience is required
* Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
* Paid Training
* Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
* Work from the comfort of your own home!

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with CRM and/or ERP business systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
