Over the phone, you actively listen to patients and assist them in resolving their medical balances by negotiating and collecting payments.Your empathetic nature and ability to quickly resolve problems while remaining positive is essential to your success. High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Experience in healthcare billing and finance
Understanding of HIPAA
Ability to learn new software quickly
