Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth. Develop and maintain automated dashboards to deliver KPI/metrics reporting.
Adhoc Data Requests: Field adhoc data requests from partners and proactively identify opportunities to use client data to respond to timely business questions.
Data Visualization: Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
A/B Testing and Measurement: Assist with A/B testing and measurement of results to inform business decisions.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Intermediate experience creating data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Domo, or similar technologies.
Data Analysis: History of working with complex datasets using tools like SQL, Python, or Flash.
Microsoft Excel: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Adobe Analytics: Experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus.
Journalism/Article Content: Passion or experience in journalism/article content sites.
